冰淇淋稳定剂:
Ice Cream Stabilizer:
·改善冰淇淋的风味,使冰淇淋口感更加顺滑,细腻。
·Improve the flavor of ice cream, making it smoother and more delicate in taste.
·使冰淇淋更容易舀取,并具有较强的抗融化性和保型性。
·Make ice cream easier to scoop and have strong resistance to melting and shaperetention.
·在储存过程中防止和延缓冰晶的产生。
·Prevent and delay the formation of ice crystals during storage.
使用方法:建议用量0.5%左右。Dosage:about 0.5% (5 grams per 1kg of ice cream) |
1.将冰淇淋稳定剂与白砂糖干混均匀。Mix the ice cream stabilizer and white sugar evenly. |
2.将混合好的混合物溶解在40-60°C的生牛乳或饮用水中。Dissolve the mixture in milk or drinking water at 40-65 C. |
3.加入所有其他配料混合搅拌均匀。Add all other ingredients and mix well. |
4.巴氏杀菌。Pasteurization. |
5.均质,老化。Homogenization and aging. |
6.冷却至4-6°C。Cool to 4-6℃. |
7.调色,调香(备生产)。Fragrance and color adjustment for production. |
储存条件:避光、干燥、通风、阴凉。
Storage Conditions:Avoid light,dry,ventilated,and cool.

1.主要使用在各种中、高档雪糕、冰淇淋产品等。料液流动性好,口感细腻,膨化可根据实际要求调整,保形性及抗溶性强。 1.Mainly used in various medium and high-end ice cream products.Has good fluidity,delicate taste,strong shape retention and solubility resistance.Puffing can be adjusted according to requirements. |
2.可应用于:杯装产品、脆筒高拉花产品、异形切割产品等。 2.Application:Cup ice cream, brittle tube high-drawing ice cream,special-shaped cutting ice cream,and so on. |
3.主要成分:单、双甘油脂肪酸酯、司盘60、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、刺槐豆胶等。(建议用量0.5%左右) 3.Ingredients:Glycerin monostearate(E471),Span 60(E491),Polyglycerol ester of fattyacid(E475),Locust bean gum(E410).(Recommended dosage:0.5%). |
